Soon to be available. Owned by a Club member's family since virtually new, this 1982 Audi 100 CS/5E underwent a programme of cosmetic restoration circa 2017. In spite of the model’s immense popularity until the early 1980s, only a handful of this model are still on the UK roads today. This car is probably the lowest mileage Type 43 in the UK, and due to its limited use in its early days and everyday storage in a garage, mechanically it is virtually in “as new” condition. The front wings and sills have been replaced and rear under-wings had to be fashioned as they proved impossible to source.

Since then, the cambelt, brake lines and suspension bushes have been replaced, and cosmetic work has been undertaken in the engine bay involving the powder-coating of the sump, rocker cover etc. The car has attended many of the Club’s shows and events including being on the Club's stand at the Classic Car and Restoration Show at the NEC in 2017 and 2019.
